You can pause your Design on Demand subscription at any time - no questions asked. When paused, your queue is preserved, your dedicated design lead remains assigned, and billing stops immediately. Resume when you're ready to pick up where you left off. Pauses can last up to 90 days before your queue is archived (you'll get a reminder at day 75).
Most design requests are delivered within 48 hours. Single-screen UI designs or component updates often land within 24 hours. Larger requests - full page builds, design system expansions, or multi-screen flows - may take 3–5 business days. We'll always give you an estimated delivery window when you submit a request, and you can track progress in your project dashboard.
Yes - always. Every deliverable includes the complete Figma source file with organized pages, named layers, auto-layout constraints, component properties, and style libraries intact. You own everything we produce. For Custom Scope engagements, we also deliver design token JSON exports and developer documentation alongside the Figma files. No locked files, no watermarked previews - you get full access from day one.
Your queue can include UI screen designs, component libraries, design system updates, Figma file organization, prototyping, icon design, landing pages, dashboard layouts, mobile app screens, style guide creation, and UX audits. Essentially, any design task that lives in Figma. We work through your queue sequentially - as one task is completed, the next begins. You can reorder priorities anytime via your dashboard.
Unlimited revisions are included in both tiers. We iterate until you're satisfied. For Design on Demand subscribers, revision rounds count as queue items - so a revision request gets the same 48-hour turnaround as a new task. For Custom Scope engagements, the revision process is mapped out during scoping, with defined milestone reviews built into the timeline. We don't nickel-and-dime on feedback rounds.
Yes - many clients start with a Custom Scope engagement for their initial platform build, then switch to Design on Demand for ongoing iteration and maintenance. If you're mid-subscription and want to scope a larger project, we can pause your subscription while we deliver the fixed-fee engagement. There's no penalty for switching - we'll help you choose the right model for each phase of your product.
